Sensei Sophie Wallace 2nd DAN

Sophie has been involved in martial arts from 8 years old and is now an assistant instructor with the WJJF "World Ju-Jitsu Federation".

She teaches a Juniors class at Winsford Ju-Jitsu Club each Tuesday evening as well as classes at Sale Ju-Jitsu Academy

In 2014 we started a Women's Self-defense class, this training course has been very successful partly due to Sophie’s commitment, we are very lucky to have her teaching for us.

I have been training with Sophie for many years, she trains with men twice her size without hesitation, in my opinion an exceptional martial artist and ambassidor for our clubs.
